yes it is... I woke up to snow this morning. And for once in my life, shoveling will take me all of 5 minutes.

I tell you Eddie.. If somebody has never shoveled snow they can't even begin to know how damn hard it can be. If we got snow here like you do in NY I would have kacked off long ago at the end of a shovel.

I grew up on a corner house (with my dad's home office, so I had to go out and shovel every hour or so so people could get in), and the last house I owned was a corner house, so I'd say I've moved several hundred pounds of snow in my life.

As a kid it's fun, but when you have to drive in it (or shovel it), it's no damn picnic.

And where I'm going .... snowblowers? we don't need no stinkin' snowblowers! :-P

It's funny the things you wind up missing. When I moved to Texas in 1973 I missed fog. Cool, wet fog smelling of the ocean. It about drove me wild with the want of it. Now that I am back on my Pacific coast I don't miss Texas one bit.
