Ric The Up-Date..

Well here is an updated pic of me. I've lost 50 pounds so far and now weigh 290lbs.. I have come down 2 shirt sizes and 5 waist sizes. I have been doing situps now for a little over 4 months and am currently doing 200 a day with a current number of, 18,380 situps done. I keep my calorie intake of a daily, 1800 to 2000... And drink tons of water. Since I hit my goal weight my NEW goal is 260 and a 40 inch waist.

Hey Ric looking good. Must ease the pain in the back as well having less to carry around. Keep up the good work.
